- You will need to register to have access to log in and qualify for wholesale prices.
- There is a $100 minimum order required for bulk wholesale orders. All bulk wholesale orders less than $250 are assessed a surcharge. There is NO minimum order if we are drop shipping the order. However, you will not be able to use a credit or debit card until you are a qualified member.
- Any merchandise not in stock will be automatically canceled for drop ship orders and refunded to your wholesale account. For bulk wholesale orders, we will forward the canceled items to the next available warehouse. Please be aware that an additional shipping cost will be charged. If the item is not in stock at any other vendor, your wholesale account will be refunded for the out of stock item.
- Most orders are usually shipped within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS but are not guaranteed.
- The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and customs fees.
- If you are using our drop ship services, we suggest you tell your customers to expect a 5 to 10 day delivery time in MOST cases.
- IMPORTANT! When you checkout, the shipping costs are an estimate, and the actual shipping costs could be more, or less than what the shopping cart calculates/estimates. In that case, what we do is simply charge your card the difference or reconcile your order and credit your wholesale account if it's less than the cart charged you. We will send you an email letting you know this either way after your order has been processed and shipped. This is only done on a weekly basis.
- International Ordering & Shipping:
All international orders MUST be paid via wire transfer, NO exceptions! After you have placed several orders with us, and your account may be elevated to qualified status and at that time, we may accept credit card payment as your primary method of payment. We assume NO responsibility for your shipments once they have left our warehouse. We accept no responsibility if your items are opened, damaged, and or confiscated by the customs agents in your country etc. You the customer are responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and customs fees.
- Refused orders:
You will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable freight and handling charges will be added. If the fault is with CNV.com the order will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense. For drop shipping, if the mail couriers fail to locate your customers address we assume NO liability for failed shipments and you agree to pay all re-shipping costs, fees and or refunds due to your customers if they cancel the order.
- IMPORTANT:
Items sold by us are sold as adult novelties. There may be items in our inventory that are not legal in your city, county, state and or country. It is you the customers’ responsibility and obligation to check local, county, state and country laws and ordinances before ordering, we assume no responsibility for items ordered by you that are deemed illegal by your place of origin.
By ordering our products you hereby agree to hold CNV.com Inc. and SexToyClub.com and its affiliates and officers completely harmless for any and all legal matters, fees, and or damages to your business perceived or otherwise that would arise out of any use of our products or services.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult material in your community, and are not offended by adult merchandise including such things as sex toys, bondage equipment, vibrators and other adult products. By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.
- All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use.
- Some products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed from time to time.
- All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to SexToyClub.com within five days of the delivery date.
- All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being re-shipped.
- SexToyClub.com cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.
- SexToyClub.com will honor any reasonable returns policy you may have in place for your customers, but as a general guideline:
- Faulty goods - send the item back to us with a note stating the problem, and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will replace the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible.
- The DEFECTIVE goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- The DEFECTIVE goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
- Your credit card is charged in the name of our holding company Convergence Inc.
- Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way without prior written permission of the copyright holder. All material is the copyright property of CNV.com, Inc.
